It promotes the inclusion and empowerment of people with disabilities, aiming to create an accessible and inclusive environment that supports their full participation in all areas of the organization.
How I Am
Promotes the inclusion of people with diverse body types, including plus-size, obese, and intersex individuals. Its goal is to create a discrimination-free environment.
Roots
Promotes racial and ethnic equality, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment for all people, regardless of their ethnic or racial background.
Generation +
Dedicated to the inclusion and empowerment of people over 50 years old. Its goal is to combat ageism and promote development opportunities.

The campaign is designed for employees who, by participating in the actions offered by Total, will earn points that can be redeemed for prizes based on their accumulated score.
