Did you know that you can become a delivery partner using your own passenger car?
Before starting your registration with us, know which documents are mandatory. Have them ready or saved on your device: Mandatory for all types of vehicles:
- Updated CNH (National Driver's License) with EAR (authorizes remunerated activity);
- Valid CRLV (Vehicle Registration Certificate);
- If the vehicle is registered under someone else's name - authorization for use with recognized signature;
- Proof of Address;
- Bank Details;
- NIT/PIS number.
Additional requirements for motorcycles:
- Certificate of Motofrete Course;
- CNH issued more than 2 years ago;
- Must be over 21 years old.
Additional requirements for cargo vehicles:
- RNTRC (National Registry of Cargo Transporters), commonly known as ANTT.

Delivery app from the Google Play Store.
After installation, open the APP and follow
the registration step-by-step instructions.

Become a partner driver
Before starting your registration with us, know which documents are mandatory. Have them ready or saved on your device: Mandatory for all types of vehicles:
- Updated CNH (National Driver's License) with EAR (authorizes remunerated activity);
- Valid CRLV (Vehicle Registration Certificate);

In the APP, read the terms,
accept and click “register”
Fill out your initial registration with your data
Enter the region in wihich you wish to operate in the APP,
active your location and then confirm the region.
Now it's time to upload a photo of your driver's license and
upload your own selfie.

Total Clube is a Advantages Club created to bring options with exclusive discounts to Total Express delivery partners. In it, we offer a series of promotions and discounts on products and services across the country. Periodically, new partnerships are created so that you can have even more options at a special discount. The Club is divided into 3 categories: Gold, Silver and Bronze, and each category is made available to the partner according to the quality of their deliveries.
To make our Club even more special, we created three levels of access with exclusive partners. To participate, you just need to be active and perform well in your deliveries. To level up, you must constantly improve your on-time delivery rates, your delivery frequency and have fewer and fewer confrontations. Every month, you will be notified about your category.
No, you are under no obligation to purchase any product or service from the partner companies that we bring to you in our Advantages Club. You have complete freedom to analyze each partner's proposals and decide whether they are advantageous for you, whether they fit into your budget and whether the benefits meet your needs.
The decision to contract one or more services presented by our Club is the responsibility of the delivery partner. When contracting any of the services, you will enter into a contract directly with the partner company and not with Total Express. Any situation involving the contracting of the product or service must be clarified directly with the contracted company.
